Camp Registration Refund Policy
Camp spots are limited and fill quickly, so refunds are issued according to the schedule below.
| On or before March 15 | Full refund |
| March 16 – April 15 | 50% refund |
| After April 15 | No refund |
No refunds will be issued after April 15, as camp supplies, staffing, and troop assignments are finalized based on final registration counts.
Exception — Camper Replacement: If a registered camper cancels but another camper of the same Scout level (Daisy, Brownie, Junior, Cadette, or Trailblazer) is available to take their place — either from the waitlist or another registrant — the original registrant may receive a full refund regardless of the cancellation date, since the spot has not gone unfilled. Replacement is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy, including the March 15 full-refund deadline, the April 15 50%-refund deadline, and that no refunds will be issued after April 15 unless the camper's spot is filled by a same-level replacement.

Bookworm
Hey I'm Bookworm and I'm an Intern this year for camp! This will be my 7th year doing camp and my 4th year as a CAT. I made this website and I work as the program director. I love to sing, swim, play the guitar, and listen to music. My favorite part of camp is teaching everyone to kayak! For the past few years, I have been stationed at waterfront. I can't wait to see everyone!
Eggs
Hi i'm Eggs and an Intern this year for camp. This will be my 9th year doing camp and my 4th year as a CAT. I love to play soccer, draw, read, watch movies, and listen to music. My favorite thing about camp is getting to know all the campers. For the past few years i've been stationed at brownie and cadette units. I can't wait to see everyone!
Lemonade
Hi! I'm Lemonade! I've been at Camp for almost 10 years. I enjoy reading, writing, and drawing in my free time. I also enjoy playing the trumpet in band class. I've spent the past 3 years as a CAT working in crafts and love all the friends I've made and skills I've learned! My favorite part of camp is the fun and unique themes we have every year! I'm really excited to be an intern at camp this year and cannot wait to meet everyone!
Butterfly
Hi! I'm Butterfly, I am an intern this year as the external comms coordinator, at Camp Four Winds, a camp I have been attending for nine years. I absolutely love working with all my kiddos in the units. My favorite things in the world are butterflies, the color pink, dancing, playing violin and I love the minions! My favorite part of camp is getting to spend so much time with all my campers and have fun with them, and I am so happy to be part of this community.
